The IDAHO FALLS SWIM TEAM Inc. is a year-round competitive swimming program for youth ages 4 and above. Our summer months get busy with new and returning swimmers. This year our program will be as follows below.

WHO:                    YOUTH – ages 4 and older Piranha Swim School/JP3

                                                Junior Piranha – 4-8 year old swimmers

                                                Age Group – 9-12 year old swimmers

                                                Senior / Pre-Senior – 13-19 year old swimmers

WHAT:                  Competitive swimming instruction and training

                                Dry land strength and conditioning directed by Mountain View Fitness Academy

WHEN:                  May-July, 2013 (dates may change) Practice times will vary

Practice sessions in water: 45 min. for the 8 and younger to 2 hours for older swimmers
