Time Standards Practices Meets Training Groups Resources blog Photos

The Idaho Falls Swim Team holds practices 11 months a year at the Wes Diest Aquatic Center in Idaho Falls (formerly the Idaho Falls Aquatic Center). The length and frequency of practices depends on a swimmer’s age group. IFST attends swim meets throughout the year, generally one per month during the school year and more through the summer months. Competition is optional, but highly recommended.

The Vision of the Idaho Falls Swim Team is to provide an environment where youth can reach their personal swimming goals, from learning to swim to national level competition. Guiding swimmers as they translate values and skills developed in swimming into life skills is an integral part of our commitment to youth.

We welcome swimmers from Age 5 through High School. See Our 2009 Welcome Letter as well as Training Groups for more information.
